Managing Files
Files are the building blocks of your download bundles. Upload them once and reuse them across multiple bundles.
Uploading files
Section titled “Uploading files”- Go to Files in the sidebar.
- Click Upload Files or drag and drop files onto the page.
- You can upload up to 10 files at a time.
- Each file gets a title (editable) and is categorized automatically by type.
Supported file types

File size limits
Section titled “File size limits”Your plan determines the maximum size per file:

Browsing and searching
Section titled “Browsing and searching”- Search by file title or filename using the search bar.
- Filter by category or file type.
- Sort by created date, title, file size, or filename.
- Switch between grid and table view (your preference is saved).
File details
Section titled “File details”Click on any file to see:
- Title and original filename
- File size and type
- Current version number
- How many download bundles include this file
- Total download count
- Upload date
File versions
Section titled “File versions”When you need to update a file (e.g., a corrected PDF), upload a new version rather than deleting and re-uploading:
- Click on the file to open its details.
- Click Upload New Version.
- Select the updated file.
The new version replaces the old one in all bundles that use it. Existing unexpired download links will serve the new version.
Deleting files
Section titled “Deleting files”- Click on the file to open its details.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Storage usage
Section titled “Storage usage”Your current storage usage is shown at the bottom of the sidebar and on the Settings page. Storage counts the total size of all active file versions. When you’re approaching your limit, consider:
- Upgrading your plan for more storage
- Deleting files you no longer need
- Removing old file versions
