Download Bundles
A Download Bundle is a named collection of files that gets delivered together. Each bundle has its own webhook endpoint, so you can deliver different file sets from different Klaviyo flows.
Creating a bundle
Section titled “Creating a bundle”- Go to Download Bundles in the sidebar and click New Bundle.
- Fill in the details:
- Name (required) — what you’ll see in your dashboard (e.g., “Photography Presets”).
- Description (optional) — internal notes about this bundle.
- Slug — auto-generated from the name; used in URLs. You can customize it.
- Active — toggle whether this bundle accepts new deliveries.
- Choose a download type:
- Individual — each file is downloaded separately from the download page.
- ZIP — all files are packaged into a single ZIP archive.
- Select the files to include. Use the search to find files quickly.
- Drag to reorder files (this controls the display order on the download page).
- Click Create.
Bundle details
Section titled “Bundle details”Each bundle shows:
- Webhook endpoint URL — the URL to use in your Klaviyo flow webhook action.
- File count and total size.
- Delivery count — how many times this bundle has been delivered.
- Last delivery date.
- Active/inactive status.
Editing a bundle
Section titled “Editing a bundle”- Click on a bundle to open it.
- Update the name, description, files, download type, or active status.
- Click Update.
Changes take effect immediately for new deliveries. Existing download links are not affected — they’ll serve whatever files were in the bundle at the time of delivery.
Deactivating a bundle
Section titled “Deactivating a bundle”Toggle the Active switch off to stop the bundle from accepting new deliveries. Existing download links continue to work until they expire.
This is useful when you want to temporarily pause deliveries without deleting the bundle.
Deleting a bundle
Section titled “Deleting a bundle”- Open the bundle and click Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
Download types explained
Section titled “Download types explained”Individual downloads
Section titled “Individual downloads”Each file appears as a separate download button on the customer’s download page. Customers can download files selectively or download all of them.
Best for:
- Mixed file types (e.g., a PDF guide + video tutorial)
- When customers might only need specific files
- Small collections (1-5 files)
ZIP downloads
Section titled “ZIP downloads”All files are pre-packaged into a single ZIP archive. Customers click one button to download everything.
Best for:
- Large file collections (e.g., a pack of 50 presets)
- When all files should always be downloaded together
- Simpler customer experience
